The Stats

So many good things come from eating vegan meals! Here are a few!

1) A vegan diet is richer in certain nutrients!

2) It appears to lower blood sugar levels and improve kidney function

3) It is linked to a lower risk of heart disease!

4) A vegan diet can reduce arthritic pain


The problem with my sharing a recipe is that I cook by using handfuls and pinches, instead of units like cups or teaspoons, but I'll try!
